1) About oBubble

oBubble helps you organise and understand your insurance information. We do not sell insurance or provide regulated financial advice.

2) Agreement

By creating an account or using oBubble, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

3) Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login.
  • Do not upload content you don't have the right to share or that is illegal, harmful, or infringing.
  • Don't attempt to bypass security, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.

4) No advice; informational use only

Information, summaries, and reminders provided by oBubble are for information only, not financial or insurance advice. Always verify details with your insurer and policy documentation.

5) Intellectual property

We (or our licensors) own all rights in the oBubble platform. You keep your rights in the content you upload, and you grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you.

6) Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

7) Third-party services

oBubble integrates with third parties (e.g., hosting and email). Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy notices.

8) Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • oBubble is provided "as is" without warranties.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, loss of profits, or loss of data.
  • Our total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the service is limited to £100 (or, if paid plans are introduced, the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim, whichever is higher).

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.

9) Termination

You can stop using oBubble anytime and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or create risk.

10) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

11) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
